By creating an account or using the CConsult Platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

CConsult is a professional platform that connects consultants, students, and HR professionals. Our services include:

• Real time delivery of job and internship opportunities in the consulting market
• A consulting market index (Consulting Bourse) providing market insights
• A knowledge exchange hub for consulting professionals
• Tools for HR professionals and companies to post and manage opportunities

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your profile.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job opportunities or profile information
• Use the Platform to spam, harass, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the CConsult Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by CConsult Nexus LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

By posting content on the Platform (including profile information, messages, and job postings), you grant CConsult a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CConsult makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Platform or any opportunities listed on it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CConsult Nexus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
